Per Carrier: All goods are in pristine condition at the time of delivery to the post office. We purchase insurance from the post office to assure against any loss in delivery to you. So if any item should arrive to you damaged, please notify the post office immediately and follow instructions for how to file a claim of damage. Then, please contact me. I am sure that the matter can then be amicably settled with the post office and that you will receive a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
